“I am rarely so pleased with a service. Corry and his teams showed up on time and positioned their equipment in an area off the main driveway to contain any mess.
The three-person crew, one in the water with the pressure spray gun, one working the deck equipment, and one constantly cleaning up the area, worked for several hours. They were cleaning up and putting their gear away when Corry made them haul everything back out because, as the tile dried, there were certain spots he wanted to go over again. My two-year-old pool looked new again.
The cost for my 30' x 14' pool was not cheap; however, it seemed reasonable once I saw the time and effort spent cleaning it. I had received another quote that was simply outrageous.
I am new to pool ownership and am often surprised by the expense of keeping it up. I highly recommend New Era's work. I will try to keep ahead of the calcium build, but I will contact New Era again when I have lost that battle.”
